Tata Motors is the largest Indian automobile company, whose history began in 1945 with the production of locomotives, seriously aimed at the electric car market.

Its share in the Indian electric car market is approaching 90%.

In fiscal year 2021, the company produced and sold 19,000 electric cars.

They plan to end 2022 with a figure of more than 80,000.

According to the brand's electrification plan, by March 2026, Tata will launch ten electric models.

In particular, the show car has a spacious salon with a flat floor, access to which is opened by wide frameless doors without a central pillar.

Another display is built into the hub of the steering wheel.

The swivel seats in the front row promise an autonomous control system (level not specified).

According to the developers, Avinya will receive advanced software.

The range will be at least 500 km, and the battery charging time from the high-speed terminal will be approximately 30 minutes.

The company did not provide information about the power plant of the electric vehicle. Work on the Avinya project has not yet been completed.

Tata promises to introduce the first serial electric car of the third generation no earlier than 2025.
